nd how long should I work out for? I usually go for about an hour or two, but is that also healthy? Just need some help figuring out my workout plan, because I've been going for awhile, but I just want to gather some information on it, thanks guys ;) Please don't report me by the way, I'm just honestly asking ;)
Strange question to ask on english bro, but anyway, the answer is:
Yes, working out 1 or 2 hours is healthy, but do not work more than that. You should always eat healthy food too. And if you eat junk food, then bro, you have to say goodbye to pizza and all those stuff. That's just the workout plan you need to follow, nothing else. And I almost forgot, there is one more important thing, water. You must always take atleast drink 15 glasses of water per day..
Personally, I think that's pretty healthy but also it's a matter of what your end goal is. Try searching up workout regiments and plans. I usually don't do legs and arms on the same day, but I rather do them separately. I usually try to do either arms, core, chest, or legs for about an hour, then spend about 30-60 mins for cardio. Usually I do treadmill intervals, biking, or the stair stepper for cardio and all of those are killer. Also make sure your diet is good comparative to almost everything else. Because if you workout a ton but eat horribly, the workout isn't exactly worth it and you won't see the best results. So try portion control alongside eating healthier, if you don't already do those things. I'm new to the workout game as well, but this is just stuff I've heard from friends who are in it too. Hope this helps!
When reading the story presented above, we can see that Sylvia is in a place dominated by nature, since the text refers to her as "little woods-girl." However, she has the tranquility of the environment disturbed by the action of a hunter. The presence of the hunter in this scenario represents the disturbance of nature caused by the activities of human beings. In this case, Sylvia is horrified, to reinforce the idea of disturbance, since the hunter is a disharmonious character in relation to the scenario. The weapon he carries, represents the danger that human beings present to nature. The hunter's friendliness towards Sylvia represents the ambition of human beings to explore nature to fulfill their own desires. This is because the hunter is sympathetic to Sylvia, as he needs her help to continue hunting in the same way that human beings need nature to fulfill their desires.
